This exhibition design was conceived of and built as part of an onsite workshop at the Bauhaus in Weimar, germany during the summer of 2015. Focusing on modularity, economic materials, and portability these structures were meant to act as discussion points for a travelling series of lectures throughout Germany's Center.
At this plaza strategic system was developed while working in the studio ANDAND for Atelier Hitoshi Abe's studio in Los Angeles. Using the tangram as a grid, its reconfigurable structure was extrapolated to human scale and then applied the site of 3M's former parking lot.
